Just you

Don't put your value on someone else.

You are you and you're worth it.

People separate, either by inevitable circumstances or death.

Love and treasure yourself so that no matter whoever come and go, you won't feel empty.
You're a whole, and some people might match and mismatch you.

The most important thing is, love Allah as that is the infinite love story that never dissapoint.

Every test is to bring us closer to him. Don't worry, insyaAllah, this storm too shall pass and the sun rays shall fall upon us.
With every difficulty, comes ease.

Ya Allah, grant us strong faith and heart and guide us through this hardship. Amin.

Still me?

さしぶり。げんきですか。

Well, I’m in the middle of finishing my assignments and suddenly decided to write what’s been on my mind then and now. You can say I’m a multi-tasker :p

Okay, btw, back to the topic(which I never mention before but it’s my blog so huh.) Okay, dah.
Basically the topic that I’m trying to open or just briefly write about is about growing up.

I’m the kind of girl who writes to her future self.haha. K, so, in those letters, there are some that expresses my frustrations, sadness, happiness and all kinds of emotions at that moment. Looking back, the past me never thought how all those emotions and experience that I once thought would just crash me, actually builds me. Shape and nurture me into the person I am now.

No, I’m not implying that I’m an oh so angelic nice perfect lady,er I’m far from that. No, it’s just that those experiences made me wiser and stronger, taught me how to think rationally rather than emotionally and I know how to cooperate with certain situations that occur again. Like when I fight with those I care about, instead of building up walls and shuts them down, I learn to control my temper and ego. Though sometimes those emotions do get the best of me.
It’s just that I’m still growing, learning and along the way,, I do make mistakes, I do stray from the road now and then, but I’m still trying to fix it. I’m still fighting for the me that I deserve.
And guess what,, you can be perfect, in the way that you are. Really, if you need to compare yourself, compare the you now with the you before. Yea, you should look around too, but just for inspiration and guidance. We don’t have to be like them, we are who we are in the best way possible. With that being said, it means we do have room for improvement, but in our own way.

I’ve been hearing  all sorts of life stories and I do admire those who through it all, triumphs over the pain instead of giving up. I have my own story, you have your own story. We don’t have to compare our life to see who does it best. Nope, there is no certain indication of how much a person is suffering or being happy. The cycle of that person has it worse than you, that person has it better than you is never ending. Let’s not get into that then.

Growing up, for me, means learning to be the better person. In any kind of case. Being the better person is when you're the person that forgives, doesn't fight unnecessarily, and other sorta stuff that makes you better than the person you're facing. If we could really understand this, I can assure you, you won’t be dwelling on those silly teenage drama on fb or twitter or Instagram. Okay, maybe I do dwell a lil, just a lil tiny bit.haha, I’m just a girl growing up,bear with me. :p

Most importantly, let’s not judge people. Sure, there’s always the first thought and impression, but what you do with that thought is what’s counted.

I’m a sinner, you’re a sinner.
Who are we to judge who goes to heaven or hell?

So there you go.  I’m still growing up, I make stupid mistakes, I act silly, I have my good and bad. So let’s grow up together and be a better person day by day.
がんばってください!

またね。

May Allah bless us all. ^_^

Stay

"Would you stay?"

Over time, I realised that the people that are meant to stay in your life will stay; no matter how hard it gets, no matter how much of your dark side revealed and no matter how often things get ugly, they'll stay. Not because everything is perfect, but because everything is perfectly okay with them. At the end of the day, that person is still the one that we want and need in our life.

When I realised of those people, well, sometimes I'd wonder "How could you stand a person like me?"
The answer, I guess would be just like how I would answer to those who matters to me, " It's just that I don't necessarily like everything that you do,no, I just, I like having you around, you're like a puzzle piece that somehow fits mine, and those downsides of you are just another proof that you're a human and I can live with that. I want to live with that. Our differences let us grow to be more matured in accepting each other. And perhaps our differences could inspire us to be better".

Sometimes, there are people who inspire us, change the way we see things and give us courage but didn't stay for long. Maybe it's just not meant to be or maybe not yet meant to be.
Thank them anyway, that brief moment together did you good and you shouldn't be frowning about it.
That's one way to live a life without regrets.

Grasp the moment, be in the moment.
And don't just ask people to stay while you're going in and out of people's life. Make an effort to stay and make the best out of it.
So that when the time comes for you to go, you'll leave the person with a smile and you'll be smiling as well.

Oh yea, perhaps you should tell the people you want to stay in your life that,, you do want them to stay and they do matter to you. Here's a secret, most people can't read minds not even body language hints whatsoever.
Shocking isn't it?? ('o') Hee

May peace be upon you ^_^

End marks the start

" Lines on the paper are just like lines on the face. Together, they form expressions"
                                                                                                                           - Iznee, 2014

Regarding the post title, well actually I just finished my sketch book and going to start drawing in a new one. Yeay.
Actually I don't draw or sketch much. I just do it when I'm at the top of my emotions like realllyyy happy, sad, angry, and etc.
So, I'd say drawing is one way of pouring out my emotions. eceyhh.

Writing is from the thoughts, but drawing..it comes from the heart I guess.

I remember this moment when I was in my foundation study and I was feeling so down at that time. I started scribbling on a piece of paper and both my truly beloved friends, aisya n izani starts taking away all of my things. They cleared up my table so I could draw and let it all out.huu
It was really a touching moment for me. They didn't say anything, and just let me be in my own moment. A prime example of action speaks louder than words I shall say.

I'd like to share my sketch book drawing here. Before this I used to draw on loose paper and yeah, I lose most of the drawings -.- .

Each drawing has their own stories as it exist only when I feel like drawing.
I used Sharpie markers, Artline markers, Pilot Black gel pen and pencils.

It's Ramadan again, Alhamdulillah. So, happy fasting, and may this Ramadan our ibadah is better than the last. Amin. ^_^

One, two, go.

Take a step. Small step. If you can't, just stand there. Stand for a while till you have that courage to step again. The most important thing is, never give up to go forward.
                                                                                                                                    - Mama, 2014

There is, at a point of our life when circumstances kinda knock us down. So hard that we feel like we can't go any further. So tough that we feel, this is it. That's it. But then, my Mama gave me those words. True enough, sometimes no matter how strong we tried to be, we just feel like we couldn't bear it anymore. That's when we need to halt for a while. Take a deep breath, clear out the mind and see which path are we going to.

It's not easy,it takes time. But remember :
So, verily, with every hardship, there is ease.
                                                                   (94:6)

It is repeated in the Al- Insyirah that for every hardship there will be ease, InshaAllah.

We just have to be patient and endure the pain for a while. "A while" might be long for some. But just remember that He won't put us through a test that is more than we can handle.

Pray more, live your life more, spend time with your loved ones more and most importantly, don't lose yourself through all the storms.

Often, when we face hard times, we seem to discover our potential, what we're made of, more than during our happy times. Maybe because our limits are pushed and we somehow have to adapt and change, if needed.

So, let's not take the hard time wholly as a negative thing, it sure has a positive side too.

Take one step at a time. One day, everything will be better. InshaAllah. ^_^

Peace and Hatred

"Forgive not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve inner peace"
Inner peace. Suddenly I remembered Kungfu Panda.haha, okay now back to what I'm trying to imply based on this saying.

Hello, I'm in my study week and instead of making notes, I'm updating my blog. K.

Anyway, a lot of stuff happened recently. Oh well, stuff will keep on happening till our last breath.
So, a friend asked me this, "What did you learn from this?" (in a certain situation) I took a deep breath and thought of what to answer. At that moment, I couldn't give a specific answer. Now, after some thinking(eceyh) I guess this is what I learnt :

1. Forgive and forgive and forgive. Forget what they did, but, don't forget the impact of it.

All of us somehow, sometime, somewhere, do wrongdoings. Maybe directly to Allah, and maybe to someone without us noticing. Therefore, forgive others and pray to Allah that those that we hurt shall forgive us too. We would want forgiveness right? So why be selfish in giving forgiveness? #notetoself

Forget what they did, but not the impact. This simply means, take lesson from it. BUT, don't hold grudges. We don't know maybe the next day they already repented. But we still have grudges over them. Now ask ourselves, who's at loss now?

Not only that, holding grudges means putting a certain spot for that frustration and hatred. We won't hurt anyone but ourselves by doing that. We hurt ourselves by thinking " That person did this to me" and we'll have flashbacks on what they did. Then, we'll get hurt. See, we just hurt ourselves.

I know it's hard, trust me, I'm a horticulturist*tetibe*
Serious talk, I do know it's hard.

It takes time, though some people might get over it faster than others. Alhamdulillah for them. :D
For us, who take some time to recover, it's okay, take one step at a time. It'll all be alright, InsyaAllah.

Sometimes, when we depend too much on people, we tend to forget the real helper, Allah.
Maybe that's why Allah take the person who's been helping us, maybe for a while, or forever, to help us remember the real helper. We shouldn't depend on humans, we depend on Allah.
And He will give help either directly or through His creatures. So let's not sweat it shall we?

Grant us clean and pure heart, mind and soul Ya Allah. Amin.

That's it for now, peace be upon you. ^_^

Castles in the sky

"Dream a little bit more, put in effort bigger than before because you'll never know which part of your dream shall come true."

Don't just dream it, do it. I think this phrase is heard a lot already. But sometimes, people forget to see another part of dreaming; the vast possibility of how things should be.

Some people might say, " Yea I have a dream, and it's a rational logical kinda dream" Sure, that is correct as well but, it's a DREAMMMM. Just dream on, dream big, dream illogically, dream as far as your imagination can go but just remember one thing : Put your dream to work. Make it a reality.

I always imagine what I can be and do in the future even when I know it might be quite impossible, I still hold on to that dream. Why? Because I'll never know when or which dream shall come true.

Though you have to remember to grasp the reality as well, dream is just like a,,motivation for you. A drive to keep you going. In fact, if one of your dreams does not come true, you can always move on to the next one. Or keep on working on that dream at the same time. Up to you.

Making your dream a reality is the real deal. Will your effort be as far as your dream stretches? Are you willing to take on the challenges you might face in pursuing that dream? Surely those who dare to dream must also be bold and brave, a warrior of some sort. eceyh, over.

Ehem, okay so what I'm trying to line out here is that with my encouragement to you to dream bigger, make sure your actions are bigger. It's the only way to make it happen anyway.

Along with the dream comes hope and expectation. And with those two, disappointment can tag along.
And when that disappointment kicks in, you need to have faith that it'll be alright.

People who are afraid to hope, shall never get to anywhere. You'll be too scared to face the disappointment that can break your heart. It shouldn't be that way though.

Maybe you didn't realize this, but being disappointed means you know you can do it. Maybe not on the first try, the second or even the third but you'll make it,somehow and someday. You just have to have the faith.

And remember, for everything that happened, be it good or bad, there's a lesson to it.

So open up your heart and mind. It's okay, everyone gets hurt every once in a while. How you treat the wound and what you do after that shall make a difference.

May Allah bless all of us and grant us our wishes in His best way. Amin.

Writing out le thoughts

Sashiburi. Em, maybe that's how to write it down. It means been a while. I guess. (influence from japanese drama la ni.hee)

Anyway, as the title stated, I'm writing the thoughts that's been lingering through my head for quite a while.
Well, we should share stuffs that are beneficial to others right? Macam perasan my thoughts bagus pula kan. Takpe, bear with me. :D

#1 :
If you're thinking of doing something good, DO IT right away. You might not get that same feeling or chance again.
If you're thinking of doing something bad, HOLD IT. You might not be able to repent some other time.

#2 :
While other people say " Don't judge someone because you don't know the story behind it" ,
I'd say " Don't judge someone because you're in no position to judge them."

#3 :
Hold on to what matters most

#4 :
Pray hard - in happiness, grief, sadness, anxiety, content, mad, calm. You just have to pray to God, and have faith that He'll make it all better.

#5 :
If we really miss someone, pray for them.

#6 :
Be courageous. There's always a new castle of dream to build.

#7 :
It's never too late to be that great and awesome person you want to be.

#8 :
Find peace in His words.

#9 :
I am never perfect and won't be. But at least, I could say I've given my best.

#10 :
Loving someone is accepting their flaws and beauty.
Guess that's why our mothers love us unconditionally.

#11 :
Spread your knowledge. Put it to good use. That's the reason why we learn anyway.

#12 :
Do what you love, do it passionately.

Guess that's all for now. Maybe there'll be some other thoughts to come. MAYBE. :D
Let's pray that all of us will be under Allah's blessing now and forever. Amin.

Horticulture #1

Marcotting a.k.a Tut a.k.a Air layering.

Knowledge is to be shared. ^_^ So in this post I'm gonna share about as you can read above, marcotting. This technique has a few names but all in all, it's the same thing.

This technique is use to propagate new plants vegetatively.

The end result is that roots shall emerge from the parts that we've cleared. then we can cut the 'marcotted' branch and move it into a medium.

Materials and apparatus used : Budding knife, Jiffy 7, pail, plastic, 'plastic rope'/ tali rafia, rooting powder

In brief, here's the steps involved.
  1. Soak Jiffy 7 or peat block in water. We soak it first so that when it's time to use it,it's ready.
    Jiffy 7 soaked in water

  2. Make 2 cuts, the 2nd cut is approximately 4cm above the first cut, then remove the bark.
    2 cuts

    Removal of bark

  3. The exposed part is then scraped; removing the phloem and cambium part of the plant
Scraping exposed part
     4. Tie a plastic(that will be used to wrap the Jiffy 7) around the branch. This ease the work of wrapping the plastic around the Jiffy 7.
Tie one end of the plastic

      5. Put rooting powder (to enhance root emergence) onto the exposed part.
The white powder is the rooting powder

Rooting powder. The number 2 means that this is for semi hard wood. There are also 1 and 3.

       6. Wrap the Jiffy 7 around the area and tie the other end of the plastic.
Split the Jiffy 7 in half

Wrap it nicely around the area

Cover the Jiffy 7 with plastic

Anddd tie it nicely :D

There you have it! This is really brief and simple explanation, you could always search from other sites if you're interested.

By the way, you can always use soil instead of Jiffy 7, wet it and make it into ball shape. then split it in half to wrap around the area. :D

Oh yea, this was done on Jambu batu plant, or Psidium guajava . According to our instructor, it takes a few months until the roots emerge.

That's it for now, until then, Goodbye~ ^_^

p/s : you are most welcome to add in facts or even correct me. :D

get it together :)

                                                                                                                        Surah An Nur 24:26

The verse was cited from the Quran and from my point of view, it's used commonly.
The problem is, some people misunderstands or barely understand it.

The thing I'm bringing up in this post is mainly about finding The One.

Wait, first of all, open up your minds, whether you're in a relationship or not.
Now, let's get to business *serious face* hehe.

Alright, what's the point of us living in this world? I hope you get the answer right. Now let's get to the next question. Why are you changing or always trying to upgrade your Iman?

That is where some people get it wrong.

They always say " Good guys are for good girls" and vice versa. When you are holding on to this only sentence, you might get your Niat wrong. Why? Because suddenly it's not because of Him that you want to change, but it's because of him. Get it?

Being religious, pious, good or anything positive, it's not about trying to find your Mr. Right or Mrs. Right. It's about gaining the love from Allah. May all of us be in Allah's blessing. Amin.

Let me give you an example, Rabiatul Adawiyah. Sounds familiar? Yeah, she's the one who didn't get married because of her undoubted love towards Allah. If you read on her stories, you'll get goosebumps.

Based on her story, we can know that true love lies between us and Allah. Therefore stop saying " I wanna be good, so I can find my Imam" or maybe " I wanna find my Imam to lead me" . It's not that it's completely wrong, it's just that your Niat might be strayed and all that you did was just a waste. Nauzubillah.

Be good because you want to. Be pious because you want to. And why do you want all that? Because you want to be a good Muslim. The best if possible. And you crave for Allah's love. :)

If we read back all the Sirah, Allah have given every single example we need to be any kind of human being. Be it a single mom, a wife, a daughter, a single lady, a servant and so forth.

Don't get me wrong, if you already find your love, that's good. And it's better if you sow the love in the Halal way. The best is when you do it because you want Allah to Redha or approve of it. InsyaAllah, happy selalu. :D

Hey, this post is not just for the ladies. Guys, you people need some pondering to do too.

So, in a nutshell, let's renew our Niat. Let's always hope for Allah's love and care which is like, incomparable to anything :O hehe.

May all of us always be in Allah's blessing. Amin. ^_^

p/s : When it's time, it'll happen. Don't sweat it :)

random

As the title goes, this post is randomly from my experience this past few weeks ;D

Situation 1 :

This is definitely the shopping season as Hari Raya is only days away. As usual, the whole family will go to the shopping mall and this causes the Situation 1 to happen : Kids screaming, wailing and rolling on the floor crying =.= It is super annoying to me (now I just look like I hate em) Well,I do like kids, but not annoying ones. I mean, I know those kids are feeling stuffy as well and they might be tired and hungry, I don’t blame them, but I blame the parents. The parents please control your child! ni tak, lagi yang parents nye duk try2 baju and simply ignores the poor kid =.= come on lahh. Especially in enclosed shops, the noise is doubled.

Alhamdulillah Ramadan, kena banyak bersabar….*inhale exhale*

Situation 2 :

Couple wearing couple tees everywhere! Okay this one for me is quite funny. You know what, I think the only ones that feel oh so romantic and cute and sweet wearing same clothes are just the couple themselves.haha. Rasa macam nak cakap “ alololololo, suweet sgt la tuuw?” hahaha. Well, maybe it’s just me . Who knows you might feel the same as those couples kan?hahah. The most funny was the Superman tshirt couple. I had to look away in order not to offend them. Terasa pulak nanti, padahal  tade pape punn XD
this is the exact shirt i was talking about- i added the red lines to make it similar though. :D

Situation 3 :

Fill ALL the parking lots! Gahhh,if you’re 5 mins late,no, 1 min late you can never find a parking spot. okay, over. Takdelah tak jumpa tapi lama gak lah, dlm sejam je.huuu. That day I went to Alam Sentral, Shah Alam. Seriously, it’s like there’s no hope at all to find a parking space. Pusing punya pusing kitorang lalu lah tepi handicapped punya area. Guess what, nobody took advantage of that empty space. They just drove by. Faith in humanity restored!

Memang masa tu kosong, tapi cuba bayangkan if 6.5 mins later a handicapped wants to park there. Tak ke dah teraniaya orang tu. Nampak kecil je action tu tapi besar akibatnya.

Situation 4 :

The smell of food that makes your stomach go “gurrrgurrrrkrukkkkrukkk” T.T What else can I say? I know you feel me,bro.huhu. Hey, that day I was listening to Hijjaz - Sifat Mahmudah. And a few of the lines are about sabar. It goes like this : Ujian yang menimpa, sakit dirasa. Tapi dapat ditahan perasaannya, hanya bermain di dalam sahaja, di luar tidak nampak terang nyata. That made me think. I think this is why people always remind us not to say “I’m hungryyyyy T^T” or anything related. It’s about having the patience. If we’re patient with this hunger test, we won’t announce it to the whole world. We contain it in our heart and stomach. You get me?

Salam Ramadan to all. May this Ramadan be better than the last. :)

AAACU is

Hm, sorry i forgot to mention what AAACU is. =.=

AAACU - Asian Association of Agricultural College and Universities .

The vision:
Human resource development for sustainable agriculture in Asia to contribute to human welfare, dignity and quality of rural life

The objectives :

Those who attended were the representatives of their Universities which are the member of AAACU.
They came during their summer break for a 10 days stay in Malaysia. Knowledge was passed on through lectures and field trips.

That's the AAACU Summer Programme 2013. :D
It was awesome.

AAACU - say whut?

"Our differences can make our life wonderful or horrible? Depends on the mind of the person."

Look at the title. That was my reaction when I first heard about this programme. It sounds like someone sneezing, "aaacu!" "god bless you" . =.= Plus, I found out that this programme eats up 2 weeks of my semester break!Whut?? I thought I was gonna have a bad time. Guess I was wrong. So wrong. :)

Well, I'm not gonna scribble every-single-tiny-thing that happened, just the important parts.

Enough said on the first time meeting them, I was REALLY awkward and trying my best to converse with the international students. Oh yea, they were from Korea, Japan, Philippines, Thailand and Guam. I thought these 2 weeks are going to be long and my forever alone time.

The next day onwards, we started our ice breaking session and went out for field trips. As days passed by, we learn a lot from each other. There are certain parts of ourselves that are different; our religion, beliefs, the way we eat, dress, respect and even study.
To some, these difference will create a huge gap, but it actually build a bridge between us.

When more questions are asked and answered, we started to learn and understand the different cultures between us. This create mutual understanding and makes it easier for us to communicate. Personally, I think it's awesome having friends of different cultures. It opens your eyes to things you've never seen. And somehow, helps you to better understand yourselves.

All of us are created as an individual that are different from each other. That's what makes this world more interesting.

We use English as our language medium, but there are certain times when we're lost for words. Body language gets into action, yeah :D And it's fun trading our language, we learnt the basic conversation of all language. We get excited when they speak in Malay, they get excited when we speak in their language XD

One important thing that I gained is inspiration. I was really inspired by the knowledge they have on their countries' agriculture; development and history. It gives me more drive to really learn on being the greatest horticulturist ever lived! XD  Also, we learnt how this world is affected by our actions in grasping the title of developed country. One thing for sure, we should stop pointing fingers and start thinking and putting ideas into action to save the mother nature.

Overall, it was a fun, knowledgeable, memorable and exciting experience for me.

Ouh yeah, for field trips, we went to lots of places like UPM Farm, UPM Equestrian Centre, Floria Putrajaya (3 times.haha), Alamanda,Putrajaya(movie day out!), UPM food service lab (we cooked!), Hatchery Farm in Puchong, UPM forest reserve (SISFEC), Batu Caves, KLCC Tower - Up to the bridge and 86th floor O_O, Central Market, Malacca City Centre, UPM Agriculture Park - herbs farm and mushroom house, Homestay in Kg Sg. Sireh, Firefly Farm in Kg Kuantan, The Mines(bowling) and back to UPM.

During the homestay, I experienced a lot of my first time : homestaying with a foster family, walking on Palung at thepaddy field, fishing with a bamboo(traditional way), catching eels with my two BARE HANDS, playing the traditional Gasing, riding an old bike(the heavy one) in the middle of sugarcane field and fell off =.= , batik painting and origami using coconut leaves.

It was really tiring yet enjoyable. I loved every single second of it. Still loving it :D

the happy faces of AAACU participants <3

Rindu - Nur One ft. Hafiz Hamidun

Tidak semudahnya melupakan dikau
Dihari mulia ini

Inilah suratan lumrah kehidupan
Dunia yang sementara

Rindu terlalu padamu
Tiada tertanggung
Rindu terlalu padamu
Tiada penghujung

Sukar mengakui perasaan hati
Kepiluan bersemi
Hanya pada doa memohon pada Nya
Sejahtera dikau aman disana

Rindu terlalu padamu
Tak bisa dihitung
Rindu terlalu padamu
Tinggi menggunung

Ya tuhan tempatkanlah dirinya
Di Arash yang selamat bayangnya
Bersama mereka yang Engkau janjikan
Sejak mula diri insan beriman

Rindu terlalu padamu
Tiada tertanggung
Rindu terlalu padamu
Tiada penghujung

Rindu terlalu padamu
Tak bisa dihitung
Rindu terlalu padamu
Tinggi menggunung

I like this song. It pictures how sad the person is, and how he/she prays to God when he/she remembers the deceased ones.
That's what Atuk always remind me : "kalau ingat kat atuk, syg kat atuk, doakanlah atuk nanti"

Sure enough, it hurts a lot to see someone we love can no longer speak, hug or kiss us. But always remember, Allah knows best.  Setiap kejadian ada hikmahnya. Sedih itu lumrah perasaan manusia, berfikir dengan rasional adalah pilihan.

To those who had lost their loved ones, be patient, remember them in your prayers. InsyaAllah jika ada rezeki, berjumpa lah kita di Jannah satu hari nanti :)

tahu tak tahu

Second semester is almost over. Yeah, almost. Study week has finally begun and I'm trying absorb every single positive feeling and attitude to get it on with le FINALS.

Lately I've been thinking of these two  principles.
1) "Kalau tak tahu, cakap tak tahu"
2) "If you're the one at fault, take the blame"
Let's look at exhibit 1.ceh. So i learnt this statement from a friend of mine :

Me : " kalau dia(lecturer) tanya soalan pelik2 mcm mana nii?"
Him : "Kalau ko tak tahu nak jawab ape, cakap je ah tak tahu. Senang cerita *mukapoyo*"

That somehow rings a bell. During presentations, we are always asked questions be it by teachers, lecturers or friends. And somehow, our mind setting is that we HAVE TO KNOW all the answers to their questions. Conscious alert, we are STUDENTS and we are learning. It is normal that we don't know some stuff. Problem arises when we pretend to know some facts, or even make em up. We're sending out information and knowledge to others, so why sending out the wrong ones?hmm

So next time, (a note to self as well) when you're asked stuff you don't know, just say it " I'm sorry, I have not yet done a research on that, I can't give the exact answer now." nak cakap " Sorry I don't know" pun bolehh. Tapi kasi berbunga sikit la ayat tu :P

Now let's look at exhibit 2. Ini common sense.

This usually applies in a group or pair works. In a group/pair work you need to have tolerance, understanding and responsibility. The exhibit 2 aplies under the responsibility part. Sometimes, things happen beyond our prediction and messes up our working time frame. It's normal. Especially when we're engaged in other activities. The problem is when we have a submission end date and we can't meet it. Our group members have done their part. Solution? Simple. Go and meet with our lecturers/teachers and admit. Say it's us as the reason of the work can't be submitted. Take the blame. It's ours anyway. Other people had worked hard, takkan lah we want to be selfish and let everyone be punished kan?

But of course, it's better if we can meet up with the end date and give our all in any kinds of group work.

Yeah, I do slack sometimes in a group work, and I'm still improvising my time management skills, so,

Sorry Maaf Mianhae Gommen to my group members for my wrongdoings *bows*

Humans make mistakes. Forgive them for you are not perfect as well. Acceptance is the key. ^_^

For those taking exams, pray, study and tawakkal. He knows best. InsyaAllah all of us will pass with flying colours~ Amin. ^_^

attract ALL the positive charge!

"Kalau kita ingat kat ALlah, Allah akan ingat kat kita"

That was one of many of my friend's advice. She also said,
" Kadang kadang kita akan lebih tension n gelisah bila kita terlalai. Lebihkan kerja dunia sampai terlalai nak jaga hubungan dgn Allah"
True. That is definitely true. Why? Because as fragile human beings, we often remember Allah the most when we're down. With that being said, I'll emphasize here that we should not just remember Him in times of desperation ONLY. We should remember Him all the time.

If you find yourself in desperation, feeling like everything is not right, and you suddenly realised you've been neglecting your duty as a khalifah, it is a good thing. At least, with all the madness happening, Allah is giving a hint to you. A hint so that you'll go back and ask Him for help, thank him for all the ease you got so far and to never leave you ibadah behind. There's still time for you to improve.

So friends, if you're facing difficulties and can't seem to get out of it, let's go back to the start (a note to self as well). It's never too late until you're in your deathbed.

And, if possible, surround yourself with positive people, with friends who are there to support you in times of breaking down *hashtag atin *hashtag nina *hashtag kak dayah XD

Ouh, and if my beautiful sister is reading this, I didn't mengadu to you cause i know you have more stuff to handle than my tiny little problems :D :*

Forgive me for my mood swings, sometimes it's too much for me. I'm still learning how to be strong.hehe.

Okay, enough time spent here. Assalamualaikum, have a good day. ^_^

mid sem break~

Home is where the heart is.

Kyaaaaah, finally i'm back home! :DD It had been a long and tiring month for me. Well, bila je tak rasa letih kan?hmm.

Okay,so it's the sem break, for some,it's time to hibernate. I'd Looooooooooove to do that as well, but, sobs, too much work for any hibernation. Hey, I'm not complaining, just saying.hehe

I really don't quite mind those tons of work really. It gets me busy and stops me from doing or thinking unnecessary stuff. I mean, at least if I need a break from my studies, I'll jump to my work : college or faculty related work. Time is filled automatically. And sometimes sleeping fills in the time.erk

Test one passed by, up next shall be the test two. May success be with all of us, Amin. ^_^ Somehow this semester is passing away fast. Might be that way because i got to spend more time with my friends this semester. Almost all of our class are the same. Even if tak sama pun time nye lebih krg je.

Last semester taught me to be independent and how to manage myself with all those tasks. This semester, well i can say it teaches me how to manage my time : spending it with friends, studying, settling tasks and other stuffs. I'm still learning though :)

ONE thing for sure, we should never give up no matter how hard it gets. Eventhough you feel like there's not enough time, there's not enough knowledge for you to do something or maybe you're just tired of everything, don't give up. As students, well taktau lah kalau dah kerja macam mana kan, I think akan ada a lot of breaking moments. Remember the song from Kungfu Panda?
" Now what would it take to breakI believe that you can bend,"
So instead of breaking down, bend yourselves.eh? Adapt, that's what it means. At least to me. Ouh, and never forget, you'll always have Allah, InsyaAllah. :D so, usaha and serahkan pada Allah. If He wills it, everything will turn out fine. " All is well, all is well " bak kata Daus my partner for AJK sponsor.haha ^_^

And while I'm at home, let's make it worth while. Kerja, kerja jugak. Tapi takdelah sampai tak duduk sekali ngan family an. Alang2 dah cakap pasal rumah, mari kita doakan kedua ibu bapa kita :
" Ya Allah, ampunilah dosa-dosaku serta kedua ibubapaku dan kasihanilah mereka sebagaimana mereka memelihara dan mendidikku di masa kecil "
Amin ya rabbal 'alamin :)

54

Program          : Bachelor of Science Horticulture
Program Code : 54

Nee, Tien, Nita, Naa, Jan
I love love love this photo!hahah. It's like everyone is in a character. A cold - based characters.

Nee - A sly cold hearted person
Tien - An arrogant cold hearted person
Nita - A couldn't careless cold hearted person
Naa - A serious in her own world cold hearted person
Jan - The mediocre of the group. Slighty nice though cold hearted

This was taken before we start our soil science lab. That's what's up with the lab coats. We're the UiTM, KMPh and KMJ former students as you can see :D

And I like how Nita is in the middle with the only one showing UPM lanyard.

The story behind this picture, Naa and Nita ketawa macam ape je.ceh. Tengok jelah gambar bawah ni haa

muka kitorg bertiga maintain je kan kan?haha :P
Sometimes you just gotta loosen up,and do fun things with your friends. (things that doesn't go against the syariah of course =.=)

This was a kinda spontaneous 'shooting' actually. Tetibe put our collars up and " weyh jom gambar dracula" "ha,jom dracula dracula"

Bila lecturer masuk kami diam dan kembali focus. Well, that is until the sleepiness came creeping in.
But that's another story XD

passion or tension?

Make the best out of what you have.

Setelah sekian lama tak update this blog, here's a new post XD. Well, baru rasa ada something worth while to share lah katakan. :D

This semester introduces me to subjects I've never taken before. Basic tu ade lah jugak but I'm still lacking in knowledge. Takpe, ilmu boleh dicari, InsyaAllah.

I must say, subjects that I find interesting yet mind boggling would be Botany and Plant Physiology and Fundamentals of Soil Science.

Throughout my highschool years, I'm known as 'Budak Chemistry' . In fact I planned my future to follow the path of being the greatest chemist ever lived *shining eyes* I never have even the slightest idea that I'd finally be venturing into a biology oriented course. I remember saying that I'd never want to take anything bio maths or phy related. so naive.

The point is, I don't love bio like i do to chemistry. Nonetheless, I know this is the start of my future, therefore strive for success I must. :D InsyaAllah I'll be the greatest horticulturist ever lived. Amin. hehe

Since I figured my journey begins by taking up this course, I am very determined to really put my head to it.
No, stop, don't imagine me eat, breathe, sleep nor drink with the books and slide notes. Er, I'm not like that. What I do is keep on refreshing my memory with all the terms I've learnt. Joke around, giving pop quizzes to my friends so that we can remember all those words together.

When we make something interesting and fun, we tend to remember it more. So why not try it right? I know, some people LOVE to be ALL TIGHT AND SERIOUS. It's OKAY, it's your style of learning, and I got mine as well. You don't have to be questioning me about it. :)

Whatever it is, I pray that all of us, not only my Hort friends but everyone of us, to be successful and may Allah bless the success. Like I've said before, let's get our NIAT right (a note to self here). Everything starts from niat right?

Tension come and go. Passion shall always stay.

a new chapter

Your story may not have such a happy beginning, but that doesn't make you who you are. It is the rest of your story, who you choose to be." - Kungfu Panda 2

This quote might be one of my favourites. It brings such deep meaning and maybe some people can relate to it and some  can't. Whoever's feeling this quote, I know that feel bro. :D

Okay, so the main point of this post is telling the world I'm in 2nd semester of Bachelor of Science Horticulture yo. Ok, kidding. Actually it's to share my thoughts on this new sem.

Well, results keluar not long ago. Ada yg excellent, ada yg so-so and ada yg needs extra hardwork. What's past is past, what matters is what you're going to do next. Yes, you cannot terus taknak pandang belakang. Take a glance, ponder upon what you did and if there's ways to make it better, take some action. InsyaAllah there's always ways to improve* InsyaAllah by Maher Zain playing*

Kalau dah mmg excellent, perhaps maksudnye what you're doing is right. Nevertheless, there's always room for improvement. Tiada manusia yg perfect dunia zaman sekarang.

When we ponder upon what we did, think of these things *ehem, this is a note to self as well* :

 1) Ibadah kte macam mne?
 2) Hubungan dgn ibu bapa mcm mne?
 3) Hubungan dgn manusia lain?
 4) Quality time study kte tu tahap mne?
 5) Anything else related.hehe (kasi brainstorm cket)

True, kebijaksanaan tak hanya terletak pada pointer. Tp pointer tu kan boleh jadi ticket utk kte dpt scholarship, kerja dan sebagainya.

What matters most, berdoa bersungguh sungguh, belajar bersungguh sungguh dan tawakkal. Serah saja pd Allah. He knows best. Whatever yg kte dpt, (yg we've put our effort in), InsyaAllah that's the best.

Ingat, bila dah serahkan urusan kita pd Allah, mesti reda dan bersyukur. *ini juga note to self juga*

To those that started their new sem, hwaiting! (oh kpop sungguh) Okay, all the best! (ayat skima)
Yg will start, all the best in advance ^_^
